The development cycle begins with exploration of structural configurations and geometry using hand sketches, CADmodels, and rapid prototypes (e.g., 3D prints). This phase establishes design intent, spatial constraints, interface points,and form factors that inform further engineering decisions.

A single viable design is selected through iterative evaluation based on feasibility studies, structural simulations (FEA),mock up assessments, and real world feedback. The design is refined to meet mechanical performance requirements such as load capacity and material efficiency while aligning with cost objectives, manufacturing capabilities, and applicable standards.

The finalized design is transitioned to production through the generation of comprehensive technical documentation,including:

• Fabrication ready 2D drawings and 3D assemblies
• Bills of Materials (BoMs) and specification sheets
• Structural validation through load, fatigue, and tolerance analyses
• Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA)
• Assembly sequence planning and process documentation
• Tooling and fixture recommendations to support consistent manufacturing

This disciplined workflow ensures every product released is technically robust, economically viable, and fully prepared for mass production.
